Semejante declaración evidencia hasta qué punto el criterio de los periodistas deportivos es una veleta, pero a la vez me parece encomiable que se atrevan a decirlo. Ojalá los diarios culés hiciesen lo mismo. Y no lo digo porque piense que el Barcelona juegue mejor sin Messi, sino porque creo que la dependencia que hay con respecto a él es mucho menos importante de lo que se suele pensar, y que además es una dependencia muy negativa cuando el estado de forma de Messi no compensa su egoísmo y el carácter tan previsible de su juego (véanse los últimos partidos del Barcelona, en los que Messi ha estado desastroso estrellándose con su fútbol-embudo contra la defensa rival una y otra vez).
